~ A Portrait deposit of $95.00 is required when your previews leave the studio and is applied to your Senior order. The deposit is non-refundable.
~ Previews are due back, with your order, 2-3 weeks from the time you receive them. If you have chosen a split session, the previews are still due back and will be kept on file until your next session, which MUST be completed by April 1. If this is a problem for you, please talk with us.
~ A 50% deposit is required with your order - Balance due when your order is complete.
~ Previews leave the studio on a loan basis only, but may be purchased as a preview package, with you initial order. The Portrait deposit does not automatically pay for the previews, as there are several choices for purchasing them.
~ Annual prints are included with your order. Please let us know which print is being used for the annual at the time of your initial order. If the print is requested without an order, there will be a charge of $25.00.
~ If you wear glasses, it may be necessary to have the lenses removed or to obtain a blank set from your optometrist...otherwise there may be glass glare from the lights, which could result in an additional charge for artwork on your finished prints.
~ Reorders are gladly accepted upon request, at no additional charge.
~ Orders not picked up within 30 days of notice may be subject to overdue charges.
~ A family Portrait Session is complimentary with every Senior Session. Appointment times are available through August of your senior year.
